Aqua Resist Technology - all panels are 100% waterproof. This means that unlike Grasscloth, panels can be successfully used in bathrooms, spas, and other rooms with increased humidity. They do not harbor mildew, bacteria or termites and the polymetric structure prevents bad smells from ever becoming an issue.
Eco-friendly - all panels are made from recyclable resources that can be used over and over again throughout its lifecycle. Their SuperSatin surface looks stunning but, if desired, also lets you apply any kind of paint.
MDC Professional Paints

In the photo to the right, the ceiling appears to be made of metal panels that lend a silvery sheen to the sleek interiors of the New Medical Office Building for Joliet Oncology-Hematology Associates (JOHA) in New Lenox, Illinois. In reality, the panels are an inexpensive gypsum board coated in LiquaPearl metallic paint from MDC. The illusion was dreamed up by Kaleb Yanko and Bret Mitchell of Buchar, Mitchell, Bait Architects, Inc.
